At Dex, we use Trustpilot as an independent review platform to collect and publish customer experiences.
Who can write a review?
In principle, anyone can write a review about Dex via Trustpilot. In addition, we actively invite customers to leave a review after a purchase or contact interaction.
Trustpilot allows reviews from consumers who have had a genuine experience with Dex. The platform may ask users to provide proof of their experience (such as an invoice or order confirmation).
Does Dex publish all reviews?
Dex does not manage or select reviews itself.
All reviews are published directly via Trustpilot on their platform and are automatically displayed on our website. On our website, we display all 4- and 5-star reviews.
Are reviews modified?
No. Reviews are published unchanged as they were submitted by the reviewer on Trustpilot. Dex cannot modify or rewrite the content of reviews.
Can reviews be rejected or removed?
Reviews can only be removed or taken offline by Trustpilot if they violate their guidelines (for example in cases of offensive or discriminatory language, false or misleading information, conflicts of interest, or reviews without a demonstrable experience).
Dex cannot remove reviews itself but may report a review to Trustpilot if there are suspicions of misuse. Trustpilot investigates this independently.
How are reviews ranked?
The order of reviews is determined by Trustpilot.
By default, reviews are ranked based on relevance and publication date. The overall score (for example 4.7/5) is calculated according to Trustpilot’s methodology and is based on all valid published reviews.
How is the authenticity of reviews checked?
Trustpilot uses both automated and manual controls to ensure the reliability of reviews. This includes fraud detection systems, algorithms that identify suspicious patterns, the possibility to request proof of purchase, and manual checks by their compliance team.
More information about their control system is available on the Trustpilot website. Dex itself has no possibility to manipulate or alter reviews.
What if you suspect a false review?
Consumers can report a review directly via Trustpilot by using the “Report review” button on the platform.
Trustpilot investigates this report independently and may request additional information from the reviewer. If a review does not comply with the guidelines, it will be removed.
Dex may also report reviews where there are indications that they are not based on a genuine experience.
Transparency about reviews
Dex does not itself guarantee that every review originates from an actual purchase but relies on the control mechanisms of Trustpilot as an independent review platform.
We display all valid reviews as published on Trustpilot, without altering the content.
